As a registered member of the Society, you agree to:
- Comply with the Society's By-Laws, the Co-operative Societies Act, SACCO Act, applicable Rules, Regulations and General Meeting resolutions.
- Meet all financial obligations promptly and maintain regular savings as required by the Society.
- Accept liability for the Society's indebtedness in accordance with the applicable laws and By-Laws.
- Observe high standards of integrity and refrain from corruption or unethical conduct.
- Refrain from engaging in money lending activities that compete with the Society.
- Protect the reputation and image of the Society by acting responsibly at all times.
- Support initiatives that promote the sustainability and growth of the Society.
- Purchase shares and make all required payments as provided in the Society's By-Laws.
- Participate in meetings, education programmes and member decision-making.
- Treat fellow members, staff and management with dignity, courtesy and respect.
- Ensure all personal and contact information remains accurate and up to date.
